Return of Online Purchases By Mail

If you are not completely satisfied with a Earthpak purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or re-salable condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees to originating warehouse. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.

Follow these 3 easy steps to return your items by mail.

Step 1:  Complete the Return Authorization Form

At first, please call or e-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization number.  Fill out the Return Authorization Form and include it with your item(s). Be sure to update any contact or shipping information if necessary.  Download a printable Return Authorization Form.

Step 2: Print your Return Shipping Label

Download a printable, return label and tape it to the front of your box.

Step 3: Ship your return

Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Earthpak packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a box to prevent damage in transit. Attach the shipping label to the package and mail it using the Canada Postal Service (Canada Post) or your preferred courier(s). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and processed.

Returns must be received within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Items shipped to Earthpak exceeding the returns window may not be returned to you.

Refunds & Credits of Online Purchases

We will issue a refund to your credit card or Stripe account (whichever form of payment you used for the original purchase), for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any item that you return within the returns window.

For returns by mail, please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. It can take up to 30 days to process the return when you return by mail and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

When returning online purchases by mail, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
